1). Production Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description
- The Production Manager is responsible for the effective management and running of overall operations of production with focus on Quality Control, ordering/delivery systems and logistics, manpower planning, equipment maintenance and inventory management.
Responsibilities
Production Planning & Warehousing:
- Managing overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters.
- Overseeing procurement activities, implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations, improve quality standards & achieve maximum cost savings.
Supply Chain Management:
- Sustaining the existing network & managing the supply chain for items, ensuring timely distribution of the goods to the stores.
- Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries;
Quality Assurance:
- Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with Brand Standards, Governmental Controls and ISO quality standards and maintaining requisite documents.
- Implementing quality systems / procedures like Six Sigma, Lean Sigma in the organization to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect products.
Operations & Management:
- Does research and development of new products Food costing and menu reengineering.
- Managing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules of equipment to minimize stoppages in critical production areas; ensuring condition monitoring of various equipment.
Staff Training and Team Development:
- Provide direction to production staff to ensure all established layins are completed for each event, in addition to requisitioning during events, post events breakdown, warehouse returns, equipment storage, sanitation and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Bachelors College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma Master’s Degree, Food Beverage Services Management, Food Technology Nutrition Dietetics, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts or Food Nutrition, Engineering Chemical, Engineering Industrial, Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience within an operation of a similar profile is essential past experience in big commissaries, central kitchen or production units is a BIG edge
- Must have background in GMP/HACCP principles
- Knowledgeable in inventory planning and control, effective stocks forecasting
- Exposure in ICE CREAM/ CAKE MAKING/manufacturing plant is an advantage

2). National Inventory Coordinator – Coldstone Creamery
Location: Magboro, Ogun
Schedule: Full-Time
Key Aims and Objectives
- Coordinate, track, optimize, and control inventory across all CSC Commissaries and sister departments.
- Manage overstocking and understocking of inventories.
- Minimize wastage effectively.
Prime Responsibilities and Duties
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely delivery at all CSC commissaries.
- Optimize inventory levels for efficiency.
- Track inventory daily to maintain accuracy.
- Manage and control stock within the inventory management system.
- Conduct stock planning and forecasting to meet operational needs.
- Provide accurate stock data and reports to management.
- Ensure regular stock reconciliation to maintain inventory integrity.
- Control wastage arising from overstocking or expiration.
- Ensure real-time posting of inventory data on the ERP system.
Other Duties:
- Monitor and control costs within the department.
Reports:
- Prepare projections for imported and local raw materials.
- Report on wastage control measures related to overstocking or expiration.
Qualifications
The Person – Experience / Education Required:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in inventory management or supply chain operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience with inventory management systems (ERP experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory optimization techniques and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in cost control and waste management strategies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.

3). Quality Control Officer
Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Job Description
- Ensure raw materials and packaging materials in and out warehouse meets the acceptability criteria of the goods.
- Conduct inbound and outbound inspection of raw materials and packaging materials received in the warehouse and maintain records.
- Ensure the implementation of Good storage practice, GMP, sanitation and pest control verification in the warehouse.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practice and perform aging analysis of products in the warehouse.
- Ensure Storage areas meets the right temperature based on the benchmarked Food safety sheet (storage specification).
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the warehouse and ensuring that all produce is handled and stored correctly to prevent contamination.
- Liaising with Procurement Team in product development, sample collection and sending to commissaries for approval.
- Follow all relevant operational procedures and instruction in the warehouse.
- Maintain and update all records related to Quality and Food safety management system of the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
- Write technical reports, review and modify operational documents whenever required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in the same field.
- B.sc in related field.
- High knowledge of Quality Control and warehouse practices.
- HACCP understanding and practical experience.
- Good storage Practice skill.
- Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 an added advantage.
- Experience in a QSR business is an added advantage.
- Great auditing and inspection skill.
- High level of verbal and written skill.
- Good communication skill.
- Microsoft office.
- Knowledge of NAV or SAP is an advantage.
