1). Inventory Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description / Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank statement with cashbook.
- Collate posting of charges.
- Inventory monitoring and management.
- Reform spot checks and reconcile variances on daily basis.
- Post transaction and reconcile complaint from customers.
- Partake in receiving of products into warehouse.
- Post Depot Transaction and client receipts.
- Reconcile customer ledger and depot stock.
- Participate in stock counts and reconciliation.
Qualifications / Skills
- B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in inventory Management.
- Working knowledge of Ms Excel.
- Experience in ERP.

2). Senior Payroll Administrator
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain and review payroll processing system to ensure timely and accurate processing and monthly payroll transactions.
- Liaise with HR and other department to ensure timely submission of monthly payroll inputs to the payroll consultants
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations and other payroll adjustments including PAYE tax and pension
- Ensure timely payment of staff salaries
- Prepare remittances of all statutory payment e.g PAYE and pension etc.
- Post payroll journals into Oracles.
Qualification
- B.Sc / HND in Accounting or any Social Science discipline
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience
- Knowledge in similar role will be an added advantage
- Proficient use of Ms Excel
- Experience in ERP
