1). Industry and Competitor Intelligence Officer

Responsibilities
- Guide the Bank’s industry and competitor research agenda and strategy and develop and disseminate resource listings and other reference documents for the Bank’s use.
- Play a key role in supporting the department to define its research and analysis agenda
- Support strategic customer acquisition through the development of winning client/customer pitches and proposals, working with SBU leadership teams.
- Support the bank’s continuous improvement journey by monitoring the external and competitive environment to distill key insights for decision making

- Support the coordination and planning of the annual Board Strategy Retreat event for the Commercial Bank and subsidiaries including making presentations on industry insight to assist the Commercial Banking Management in its decision-making function, coordinating presentations of each member of the Management Committee and relevant (SRFs) to ensure appropriate message is delivered to the Board and Management
- Identify Bank’s preparedness to leverage economic opportunities, mitigate risks, or absorb shocks; synthesize and communicate economic developments and research outcomes
- Provides internal advice and support to all levels of the organization on the quality of industry and competitor research and analysis, methodologies, and frameworks on key issues.
- Take ownership of self-development and responsibility for implementing team’s learning and development Plans

- Responsible for processing and delivery of all FX allocation for all products
- To provide strong support in delivery service excellence for the assigned unit or department and ensure successful implementation of all turn-around-time (TAT) as agreed with both internal and external customers. Transfer of funds to various offshore accounts (Intra-bank) as advised by Treasury Dept.
