3). Cinema Business Manager
Location: Festival Mall, Festac, Lagos

Description
- The primary responsibility of the Cinema Manager is to provide guests visiting the Cinema with a positive initial experience by offering superior individualized service.
- The Business Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient day-to-day control of activities in the box office, concession, and auditorium.
- Trains, appraises, and supervises staff.
- Ensures delivery of the best possible Cinema experience by providing an environment that is clean, safe and in good condition.
- Upholds Genesis’s business practice standard and follows all established company policies and procedures.
- Schedules movies into the appropriate time slots (leaving sufficient time intervals between movies to allow quick cleaning of theatres) and the appropriate capacity theatres with a view to optimizing revenue generated.
- Is acutely conscious of the Cinema’s monthly financial target and does everything and anything possible to achieve the financial target.
- Liaises with local press and website teams to promote film premiers and cinema schedules.
- Host private and/or group screenings for clients, promote art and educational firms; offer a wide variety of films (in close collaboration with the film distribution department of the Cinema) to reach sales targets.
- Advertises and promotes films (in tandem with the marketing department of the Cinema).
- Manages promotions within the Cinema.
- Hires out the theatres/auditoria for business training, premieres, or leisure purposes.
- Arrange special events, including showing films of a particular genre or theme.
- Liaises with film societies and other groups within the industry.
- Prepare reports, Statistics, forecasts, and financial accounts (in close collaboration with the accounts department).
- Markets the Cinema within a local and/or national arena.
- Assists any customers with special needs, ensuring that customers’ needs are addressed and met wherever possible.Liaises with local press and website teams to promote film premiers and cinema schedules.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: B.Sc / HND in Business Management / Mass Communication or related course from a recognized institution.
- 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry or retail business is compulsory.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Good interpersonal and Communication skills
- Must be a good Team player with excellent ability to multi-tasking and able to adapt to varying situations.

4). Account Officer

Purpose of the Job / Main Objectives
- To ensure that all Accounts and Financial activities of the company are properly carried out, monitored and coordinated.
- Confer with senior management and other departments to ensure effective and efficient financial planning and resource utilization.
- Ensure the financial information asset of the company is well protected, preserved with confidentiality and available to the right people at the right format and time.
- Drive Revenue & Cost Efficiency; and ensure processes & procedures are followed in the day to day operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial and management accounts reporting
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper, accurate, timely and relevant financial records are maintained.
- Ensure complete transaction processing on the Accounting Software on a Real-time basis.
- Maintain adequate monitoring, filling and control over all source documents relating to the Site operations.
- Be conversant with the cash machines (Tapos Tills) operations and reports to ensure effective monitoring of the completeness and accuracy of transactions at the Site.
- Monitor and report the Site’s Revenue receipts (Daily Sales Analysis), cost of sales and expenses.
- Monitor and manage all cash receipts and carry out daily bank lodgments before 11am each working day.
- Coordinate and monitor payroll issues, as it affects your Site personnel including surcharges.
- Monitor to ensure efficient Inventory Management for the Site.
- Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of all financially related Reports emanating and/or related to your Site (Stock Report, Close-Out, etc).
- Maintain and manage the Fixed Assets Register for the Site.
- Carry out reconciliations between the Cost of sales reported by the Stock Controller and the actual consumptions reflected in the Financial Report based on the Site’s Opening Inventory, Purchases and Closing Stock.
- Efficient management of the Site’s Imprest, Change Float and expenses.
- Efficient Treasury Management for the Site.
- Monitor to ensure the efficient management of the Site’s Payables and Receivables.
- Ensure proper, accurate, timely and relevant financial records are maintained.
- Drive Revenue & Cost Efficiency; and ensure processes & procedures are followed in the day to day operations.
- Ensure that there are duly authorized documentary approvals for all payments and every data that is to be entered into the Site’s Account data base.
- To ensure and cultivate cordial relationship with customers that will enhance business growth.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Sc/HND Degrees with 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 per month.
