1). Investor Relations Analyst

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Department: Group Finance & Supply Chain Management

Job Description

  • Drives the engagement of shareholders, bondholders, potential investors, and sell-side analysts to ensure the effective and proactive dissemination of ISW Group’s strategic information and corporate disclosures.
  • The information disseminated not only projects the financial strength of the Group, but also enables a two-way relationship between the Group and its stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • To support the Head of Investor Relations and GCFO in interactions with market participants and Sourcing and maintaining data relating to external public company comparators
  • Sourcing and maintaining data related to the external payments sector, market analysis and composition in Nigeria, Africa and globally
  • Sourcing and maintaining data related to Interswitch of interest in an investor relations context
  • Preparation and maintenance of presentations to be used with third party investors, debt or equity, potential investors and relevant market participants
  • Ad hoc data sourcing and analysis and presentation preparation
  • Assist in the preparation of press releases covering the business performance and activities
  • Interaction with third party advisors and internal functions on market and fundraising issues
  • Administration of investor program and related stakeholders, such as rating agencies
  • Preparation of draft responses to third party questions and queries

Education and Experience

  • Academic Qualification(s): First Degree (BSc)
  • Professional Qualification(s): Accounting, Economics or Finance Background is preferred
  • Experience (Number of relevant years): A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, payments with a strong bias in technology or a background in a technology driven business
  • Appreciable knowledge of data analysis and research.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Graduate, preferably in a numerate discipline
  • Several years’ work experience in the banking or investment management sector
  • Good knowledge of excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
  • Experience of working successfully in virtual teams
  • Able to work independently
  • Critical thinker
  • Constructive approach and outlook.

2). Information Security Engineer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job type: Permanent
Department: Risk Management Group

Job Description

  • To conduct security assessments for Interswitch and design security systems and processes with specialization in network devices and servers (Linux and Windows).
  • To execute solutions and infrastructure security strategy with reference to information security and IT risk management programme.
  • To review reports, consolidate information and produce solutions and infrastructure security processes and procedures. To support implementation of required security measures.

Responsibilities

  • Develop security configurations baselines for network devices and Servers in line with global security best practices and regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Participate in identifying and minimizing financial impact of operational incidents through business impact analyses
  • Support implementation of required security measures such as password policies, database user profiles and establishment of security control baselines for network devices and servers
  • Evaluate and identify any potential security threats to the business and to ensure the proper and robust risk mitigation systems are in place
  • Enforce security policies and procedures by administering and monitoring security profiles
  • Administer users’ logical access on systems and business application in line with provisions of policy and access control matrix
  • Gathers, monitors and analyses risk data as directed using established risk management models, systems and protocols and recommends further investigation
  • Administer social engineering tests, collate and analyze results and prepare reports for management
  • Conduct vulnerability assessment and penetration testing on ISW network devices and servers
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundant IT and Engineering tasks, routine and repetitive tasks and opportunities for increasing efficiency and automation
  • Review user admin documentations, suggest controls to be implemented and adopt a sequence of activities that allows for optimal efficiency and effective coordination

Requirements
Academic Qualification:

  • University First Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields

Experience:

  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Experience should include: Security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities related to network devices and servers, design or implementation of security requirements for network devices, servers and third party systems integrations (VPN) to ensure secure installation and operation.

3). Team Lead, Merchant Acquiring Sales

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Department: Paymate – Digital Commerce & Merchant Acquiring

Job Description

  • The individual will drive market share by creating, executing, and delivering leads to grow the sales pipeline for our Paymate business and provide excellent account management for existing customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads into prospects by understanding their challenges/needs and effectively communicating our values and solutions
  • Qualify and identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization
  • Identify high potential prospects and transition the qualified leads to the team lead for proper engagement
  • Effectively utilize the lead qualification process as well as documenting sales information in CRM following the lead process
  • Outbound prospecting and lead nurturing to the assigned market segment
  • Account management and customer retention activities
  • Other duties that may be assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum professional experience of 5 years in sales and account management role
  • Banking experience will be an added advantage
  • Experience in lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and lead development management
  • Experience with CRM tools
