1). Key Account Reconciliation Officer

Job Purpose
- Reconciliation involves comparing two or more data elements and if there are differences, action is taken to bring data into agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily reconciliation of transactions and balances interfacing between finance and core operations;
- UBA co-acquiring
- IFIS GMPP and retail pay
- ISW retail pay account
- Airtime reconciliation.
- General ledger reconciliations
- Daily call over of transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting data
- Supporting the month end process
- Generating month end reports.
Education and Experience
- Academic Qualification(s): Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Professional Qualification(s): Chartered / Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA)

Job Purpose

Responsibilities
- Drive the development and deployment of a learning and development strategy that will enable the workforce with the required skills, capabilities, competencies that are required to enable the attainment of current an future strategies.
- Design and manage the development of complex L&D programs (for example, leadership development) to meet individual and organizational learning needs within specified timescales and resources.
- Develop bespoke talent development solutions to address specific needs raised by the business or identified by the talent team to ensure the individual business are fully enabled to succeed.
- Engage with function senior line management to clarify organizational requirements, to set priorities for Learning and Development interventions, and
to define required learning outcomes; specify and manage the collection and analysis of data to inform learning needs analysis. - Analyze business and people data as well as industry and global trends and draw insight that will inform the Talent agenda and enable data driven decision

- Drive the development and implementation of differentiated programmes to build an internal and external pipeline of future organizational leaders to ensure thatthere is consistent supply of quality candidates to fill vacancies at senior levels in the organization.
Requirements
Education:
- Master’s Degree (Engineering or HR)
- Certification in HR/Talent
Experience:
- Extensive experience in the HR Centre of Excellence environment with specialization in at least one of the traditional pillars (Talent, Performance, Career Development, Learning and Development) 10-12years.

3). Human Resource Business Partner

Job Purpose
- To act as a trusted advisor to business to enable the respective business leaders to make informed people related decisions.
- To implement the end to end Group HR strategy within the allocated Business area/s, taking into account the strategic priorities and nuances of the individual business areas to ensure the group wide attainment of the HR Strategic Objectives.

Responsibilities
- Deploy the talent agenda within the business to enable robust differentiation and development of the different talent segments. Specify, develop, and test HR data collection procedures and tools within an area of HR practice to meet defined key principles and ensure compliance with external requirements.
- Identify learning and development needs within the business and collaborate with the talent team to deploy the required training to enable a fully capable workforce. Maintain external accreditations and in-depth understanding of current and emerging external regulation and industry best practices through continuing professional development, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Implement; advise on; and monitor adherence to HR Policy, processes and procedures within the business, raise any compliance issues with the relevant stakeholder and ensure correction thereof to minimize any risks and losses stemming form non-compliance.
