1). Sales and Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to sales and promote our services to prospective clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a passion for customer engagement and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target demographics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the legal team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online and offline channels.

Job Description

  • The firm is looking for a competent client relationship officer. This is a customer service position.
  • The position requires you to provide excellent customer service to our clients and the office team.
  • Experience in immigration law is not essential. However, experience in working in a business and office environment, and getting tasks done in a short time is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Fill in Client records and forms
  • Check and process clients’ documents
  • Analyze clients documents
  • Scan and Upload documents
  • Fill forms online
  • Analyse situation and issues
  • Check for errors in documents
  • Sell service to prospective clients
  • Collect Client information and fill out application forms
  • Liaise with clients daily
