1). Business Development Executive

Location: VI, Lagos

Job Objective(s)

  • Finding and recruiting the right channel members, then on boarding them. Ensure retaining and penetrating those existing channel member accounts.
  • Sells the entire product line(or selections) to a single or multiple account within the territory, according to products mapping into outlets types.
  • Represent the company to the channel partners and channel partner to the company in all sales-oriented activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Using advanced product knowledge and business planning skills will drive sell-in to channel members
  • Manage the day-to-day activities around generating and placing orders towards the achievement of specific channels sales targets.
  • Collects data and feedback on product performance, competition ad other vital information from the market.
  • Acts as an advisor to the channel members to help them plan their orders in order to achieve minimum profitability targets for this business
  • Works closely with Marketing to promote products and generate awareness for the brands under the company’s brand portfolio.
  • Build and grow genuine relationships with channel partners, especially the key individuals that manage the businesses.
  • This role will have a revenue responsibility /quota target
  • Typical revenue responsibility will be determined by the National Sales Manager
  • Conducting scheduled and unscheduled visits as part of account coverage with physical visits and inspection of 3rd party retail outlets.

Minimum Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Master’s Degree an advantage.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience on direct sales is essential.
  • Prior experience in selling into wholesale organisations and retail outlets.
  • Ability to sell through products, monitor sell out and good reporting skill.
  • Experience in FMCG or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), with Cosmetics, Pharma, and Personal Care products.

2). Head, Marketing & Brand

Location: Lagos

Job Objective(s)

  • Develops and executes strategies for the development of Montaigne target market at both corporate and outlet level.
  • Proactively identifies and develops opportunities to build business for Montaigne through the introduction of new products and services, as well as enhancements to existing product/service lines.
  • Responsible for coordinating and driving all activities required to prepare and open retail branches.

Duties & Responsibilities
Merchandise Planning and Management:

  • Liaise with the manufacturing/supply arm of Montaigne on orders, quantities, designs/assortments, delivery dates and payment terms in conjuction with the Managing Director
  • Responsible for developing a price point policy by harmonising/aligning prices of distinct items of stock and determining standard marginal prices for all items
  • Promote or reduces the prices of slower-selling lines while monitoring best selling lines
  • Set and adjust prices and decide markdowns in conjunction with the Managing Director
  • Develop merchandise budget for appropriate periods
  • Work with Inventory Administrator to plan stock levels, move stock and making sure that the best selling items are always available
  • Supervise the creation of visual displays and the overall appearance of each outlet.

Marketing Planning and Management:

  • Responsible for researching the dynamics of the target market of Montaigne i.e. buying behaviour, purchasing power, age range, social status, profession etc. so as to develop marketing strategies to fit their unique lifestyles
  • Utilize sales report from outlets to analyze customer insight and develop recommendations to ensure that business objectives are met.Identify new markets that might enhance the organisation’s bottom line.
  • Gather sales information from previous years to know statistics on returns, markdowns, and any inventory carry over
  • Create an annual marketing plan and a budget to facilitate itInteracts with the design team on trend information i.e. new designs, latest wears and plan accordingly.

Brand Management:

  • Develop and manage the Montaigne brand and all brands in the company’s portfolio
  • Design and execute schedule for marketing/promotion of all company brands in all the outlets and their environs
  • Designs and execute marketing strategies for all new designs to reach customers and communicate brand message
  • Communicates with all outlets to ensure strategy integration and messaging aligns with overall Montaigne objective
  • Designs and execute schedule for mass marketing/promotion of Montaigne in all the branches and their environs.

Reporting Relationships:

  • Functionally reports to: Chief Operation Officer
  • Administratively reports to: Managing Director
  • Supervises: Head, Training
  • Brand Manager.

Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in Marketing or related discipline.
  • M.Sc / MBA or its equivalent would be an added advantage.
  • The candidate must be a female.

3). Brand Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Objective

  • Responsible for coordinating the brand’s activities – sales, advertising, promotion, marketing research and distribution.
  • Accountable for delivering the brand’s profit, volume and market share objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Formulate brand’s long-term strategy to effectively reach customers.
  • Oversees the brand’s marketing life cycle.
  • Manages day-to-day progress of product marketing planning and execution.
  • Maintains brand integrity across product lines, advertising, and all other internal and external communication as it pertains to assigned brand.
  • Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, editorial, marketing, design, and operations to execute specific marketing plans.

Location: Lagos

Job Objective

  • To provide system-level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operating system and associated subsystems with ERP.
  • Identify alternatives for optimizing computer resources Networking.
  • Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems. Assist personnel of other departments as a computer resource.
  • Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members.
  • Provide computer orientation to new company staff
