1). Content Creator
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are sourcing a driven, innovative, creative and detail-oriented Content Creator & Story Writer to produce high-quality, captivating contents for the different facet of the ORÍKÌ Group.
- The Content Creator & Story Writer will work closely with the social media team to update existing material, generate exciting written ups, catchy contents and identify new ways to reach consumers.
Responsibilities
Content Creating:
- Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, exciting contents and perceptions about any subject matter to help contextualize your findings.
- Assisting the creative social media team with constructive feedback on materials created for the brand.
- Research and understand target market audience and develop content strategies for engagement for each subsidiary of the brand
- Creating contents to engage target audience for the different subsidiaries of the brand including reels, videos and graphics
- Create and submit monthly content creating plan for each subsidiary of the brand
- Collaborating with various subsidiaries to cover every exciting news, details or objectives to showcase the brand.
- Monitoring social media pages to ensure every captivating content created and approved is posted by the social media team.
- Submitting monthly content creating reports as required
- Suggesting new content creating ways to promote the brand’s offerings, discounts and to reach consumers.
Story Writing:
- Research on the target audience across the various subsidiaries and create compelling and engaging stories for any subsidiary of the brand as required
- Crafting characters, dialogues and plotlines that resonates with the objectives for the content being created for the various subsidiaries of the brand.
- Collaborating with the social media editors’ team to refine work done for any subsidiary of the brand.
- Using story writing to highlight the unique offerings of each subsidiary of the brand.
- Monitoring trends and happenings in the country, evaluate and create captivating story lines in favor of the target subsidiary of the brand for engagement.
Requirements
- BSc in Mass Communication, Marketing or related fields
- Certification in content marketing and copywriting will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 4years’ experience in content creating for brands
- A portfolio that shows skills and experience in creating engaging contents previously
- Experience in story writing
- Good knowledge of social media metrics and Ads
- Attention to details and good listener
- Exceptional communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Strong understanding of SEO and optimization of search engines
- Ability to work alone as well as a team.

2). Inventory Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The Inventory Manager will oversee inventory management, procurement, and purchasing operations for Oriki Group. This role ensures efficient inventory control, optimal stock levels, and timely procurement of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Monitor stock levels, track inventory movements, and optimize storage.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices and terms.
- Manage procurement processes, including RFQs, RFPs, and contract administration.
- Purchase goods and services in alignment with company needs and budget.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, demand fluctuations, and supply chain disruptions.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential supply chain risks.
- Coordinate goods receipt, storage, and distribution.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage budget for procurement and inventory.
- Analyze expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Work closely with departments (Sales, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless inventory and procurement processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management, procurement, and purchasing.
- Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and G-suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasional travel might be required.
