Job Description

  • As the Lead, Administrator, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing all administrative functions of the company.
  • Your role will be instrumental in streamlining processes, ensuring efficient office operations, and supporting various departments. This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

  • An experienced Administrator who will lead, support and supervise all administrative processes of the company.
  • Lead and supervise the administrative team, providing guidance, and support.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage office facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and well-maintained work environment.
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory, optimizing procurement processes to minimize costs.
  • Coordinate with various departments to support their administrative needs and ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
  • Collaborate with HR in managing employee records, attendance, and related administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and monitor the departmental budget, ensuring responsible allocation of resources.
  • Implement and maintain data management systems to organize and store information efficiently.
  • Identify areas of improvement in administrative processes and develop strategies for enhancement.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Oversee the operations and systems of subsidiaries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in administrative management or similar roles.
  • Related professional certification ( added advantage)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor employees.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Proves relevant.
