Job Overview
- A roofing and real estate company along Lekki – Epe Expressway, requires the services of a Lead generator.
- As a Lead Generator Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our company’s growth by identifying and generating high-quality leads for both our real estate and roofing divisions.
- You will be responsible for creating a consistent pipeline of prospective clients through various channels and ensuring that leads are nurtured and converted effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Utilize various strategies and tools to generate leads within the real estate and roofing business
- Market Research:Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
- Outreach:Initiate contact with potential leads through calls, emails, and other communication methods.
- Qualification:Qualify leads to ensure they meet our criteria and have a genuine interest in our services.
- Lead Nurturing:Employ lead nurturing strategies to keep potential clients engaged and interested.
Requirements
- A First Degree in any discipline
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the real estate or roofing industry.
- Proven experience in engagement through email marketing and newsletters
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range N200,000 – N450,000 (The proposed salary for the Lead Generator role will be competitive and commensurate with experience.)
