Job Description

• Provide support for the attainment of transactional processing targets across E-Channels through the engagement of Internal and external stakeholders for optimal utilization of digital Channel applications.

• Field of Study: Purchasing and Procurement

Additional Information:

• Daily reporting on-boarded Merchants across e-commerce, and multibank platforms
• E-commerce Daily transactional reporting
• Review of all submitted documents for Onboarding on e-commerce/multibank platforms and SME Internet banking platforms and ensuring that the correct customer details are captured on the respective platforms
• Ensure timely resolution of all requests logged on the service desk within SLA.
• Ensure timely resolution of all requests sent via email with appropriate feedback given to the requester
