Job Title: Legal/HR Officer

Location: Wuse Zone 7, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on various legal issues and business decisions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal developments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to mitigate legal risks.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
  • Handle employee benefits administration and compensation.
  • Ensure proper staff file documentation and record keeping.

Requirements

  • Candidate should possess B. LLB / B.L Degree with 2-3 years relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
