Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days: Mondays – Fridays (but in a month you are expected to work Two Saturdays and Two Sundays with days Off which is paid as overtime.)

Job Role
- Loan Recovery agent which involves Calling Customers via phone calls to recover loans. It is an in-office Role.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing the company debtor list.
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills via phone calls.
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payment.
- Negotiating suitable payment plans.
- Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
- Responding to customer queries.
- Maintaining customer payment records.
- Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.
- Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
Qualification
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND /NCE.
Age Bracket:
- 20-25 years.
Salary and Benefits
- Net Salary N80,000 – N90,000 (Basic Salary is N50,000 + Transport Allowance + Feeding Allowance + Overtime Pay + Commission + Performance Bonus).
- HMO and Pension.
