Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lottery Sales Manager (Scratch and Win) to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through the sale of lottery scratch cards and aquisition of Lottery agents.
• This role requires a strong understanding of the lottery industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities
Acquire Lottery 50 Agents:

• Actively recruit and onboard a minimum of 50 lottery agents.
• Develop strategies to identify and attract potential agents.
• Conduct interviews and screenings to ensure agents meet company standards.

Maintain Average Ticket Sales of N30k Daily:

• Oversee daily sales operations to ensure an average ticket sale of N30,000.
• Implement sales strategies and promotions to boost ticket sales.
• Monitor sales trends and adapt tactics as necessary to meet sales targets

Agent Activity Monitoring:

• Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of lottery agents.
• Provide training and support to improve agent sales and efficiency.
• Address any issues or concerns agents may have promptly.

Requirement

• Experience with Lottery retail sales.
