Job Overview
- We are looking for a focused and motivated Management Trainee Analyst to join our team.
- This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, recruitment, and general office tasks.
- The Management trainee will work closely with various departments, providing support and gaining exposure to different aspects of the company.
Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Collect, organize and analyze data to support business decisions.
- Create reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends.
- Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to improve business processes.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update candidates’ databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Support onboarding activities and new hire orientation.
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and handling of correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and take minutes of meetings.
- Assist with various projects and tasks as needed by different departments.
Skills & Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any Social Science, Engineering or any IT related field.
- Minimum of 5 credits in O’level incuding Mathematics and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Fast typing skills.
- Good communication skills (Verbal and Oral)
- Attention to details.
