ITVAR specializes in managing Sales, Marketing, and operations for airlines, hotel aggregators, and rail and technology companies, providing enhanced customer experiences and revenue growth.
Role Description
- The Key Account Executive/Manager is responsible for managing strategic partnerships with key travel trade operators, increasing visitation, and ensuring the efficient execution of marketing and engagement activities. This role directly contributes to business growth by fostering strong relationships with partners, aligning them with the company’s brand campaigns, and delivering high-impact sales and marketing strategies.
- The Key Account Executive/Manager reports to the Director of Operations, ensuring all activities align with the strategic goals of the organization and the region.
Coverage
Key Account: Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon
Qualifications
- With 3-5 years of relevant experience in key account management, sales, marketing, or a related role, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and driving business growth.
- Experience working with trade partners, ideally within a regional or global context, would be a plus.
- Understanding of the tourism or travel market, with the ability to conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Experience in managing events, marketing campaigns, and trade activations.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex regional challenges.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to secure partnerships and sales deals.
- Ability to organize and manage events, campaigns, and projects from concept to execution.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting and data management.
- High level of cultural awareness and ability to work effectively across diverse markets.
- Strong computer applications skills (Microsoft Word, excel and Presentation)
