Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven candidate to drive business growth and increase profitability. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the business and a proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential businesses and industries that align with our target market and advertising offerings.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for physical outreach to companies, including code calling, setting up meetings, and delivering presentations.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within target industries to facilitate business development opportunities.
- Present our advertising solutions to key decision-makers, clearly articulating the value proposition and benefits of partnering with our platform.
- Negotiate advertising contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and our platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor advertising packages and proposals to meet the specific needs and objectives of potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to the management team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the advertising or digital marketing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with potential clients and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of successfully securing advertising partnerships and meeting sales targets.
