Title: Marketer/Customer Care Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Main Purpose

• As a Marketer / Customer Care Officer you will be the first point of contact to customers.

Job Description

• Receive and attend to customers.
• Receive call enquiries and refer them to the appropriate units.
• Market company’s products and walk customers around the showroom
• Ensure the showroom is in best shape at all times.
• Assist with clerical duties assigned.
• Manage company’s social media handle.

The Person

• Female / Male
• Minimum of a HND
• 3 years customer service/sales experience
• Smart and presentable with amiable personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be very good with content creation on instagram,TikTok,Twitter,Snapchat e.t.c.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
