Title: Marketing and Sales Intern (NYSC Corper or Intern)

Location: Oshodi – Isolo, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (phone calls, email outreach, social media).
  • Building Relationships: Develop rapport with leads, understand their needs, and present our products/services as solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations highlighting the value proposition and addressing customer concerns.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives such as creating social media content, email campaigns, or market research.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on progress towards targets.

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Is a confident and persuasive presenter with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Has a strong desire to learn and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in sales (especially B2B) is a plus, but not mandatory.

What We Offer

  • Salary of N20,000 per month, with additional incentives based on achieving sales targets.
