Job Title: Marketing Officer

Locations: G&M Place, Igbo Efon, Lekki – Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Conduct market research to identify the latest trends, growth, opportunities etc
• Identify opportunities for growth and develop a marketing plan that supports the company’s goal and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, vendors and Media partners.
• Develop and maintain various sales channels (emails, phone calls, online chat etc) to increase customer engagement, drive sales and gather feedback
• Coordinate and participate in various conferences, product launch events and other marketing-related activities
• Answering clients questions about credit terms, product, prices and availability.
• Generate leads and Marketing sales goals.
• Initialize and manage the relationship with customers.
• Provide complete and appropriate solution for every customer in order to boost topline revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be tech-savvy.
• Knowledge of application technology.
