About the Job

  • We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketer (with or without prior experience) to join our growing team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective offline marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for our products.
  • You will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying and connecting with potential customers who are interested in securing their future through our insurance plans.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative offline marketing campaigns to generate leads, such as:

  • Attending industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to promote our insurance products and services.
  • Organizing workshops and seminars to educate potential customers.
  • Partnering with local businesses and organizations to conduct targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to a diverse audience.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

Qualifications

  • 0 – 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads through offline marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
