Title: Medical Officer (Various Specialties)
Location: Ogun
Position Overview:
- We seek passionate and dedicated Medical Officers across various specialties to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Medical Officer at Redeemers Health Village, you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality medical care, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care to patients while adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients within your specialty area, ensuring accurate diagnosis, treatment, and management plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, examinations, and appropriate investigations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in line with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records/documentation of patient consultations, treatments, and outcomes.
- Participate in continuous medical education, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- M.B.B.S or equivalent
- Certification – Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria
- Proficiency with the use of the computer.
- Candidates must possess an NYSC discharge Certificate or Exemption letter.
- Proficient with Healthcare Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong clinical acumen, diagnostic skills, and proficiency in evidence-based medical practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
