Location: Niger

About the Role

  • You will report directly to the Field Specialist. You will oversee the field operations data and operations administrations.
  • You will help improve our processes through data-driven initiatives through setting up dashboards, analyzing data, forecasting/predictions and managing the administrative complexities of the field operations. You will not manage anyone directly but will collaborate with other teams such as the People team, CDM, Customer Engagement and other program teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and Update Dashboards:
    • Build the quantitative performance dashboard across all the workstreams within the department.
    • Update dashboards every week and communicate changes to all the parties involved.
  • Analyze and Report Data:
    • Conduct data audits to identify errors and inconsistencies.
    • Utilize data analysis tools such as Kobotool, Comcare, ONA, PowerBi, Go Microsoft Excel.
    • Analyze data and generate reports.
    • Use data to predict future outcomes and results.
  • Track Performance:
    • Maintain the Field Operations team’s KPI tracker: Keep track of all the qualitative and process measures for the field team across multiple districts
    • Compile and synthesize data from the field team performance reviews.
    • Update Weekly field notes, taking into cognizance the similarities and differences in performance and process across all the districts.
    • Communicate performance to all members of the field team.
  • Oversee Incentive computation and implementation.
    • Compute client and field team incentives and share with CDM and HR for agreement.
    • Distribute incentives to appropriate recipients.
  • Field Administrative Coordinations:
    • Request all field team needs, receiving all items and distribute all materials/items promptly.
    • Design and implement initiatives to promote cohesion across all the districts.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Economics or other social science-related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data coordination, analysis, or business process.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Kobotool, Comcare, ONA, PowerBi, and Microsoft Excel.
  • 1-year experience working together with multiple teams in an agricultural organization
