Job Role
- Assist in the reconciliation
- Assist in keeping updated records and files, also monitoring office car sheet and expenses made
- Regular update of the office assets register
Administrative Duties:
- Providing support to the procurement activities
- Coordinate repairs of office equipment.
- Maintains stock list and manage supplies when needed.
- Prepare minutes of the meetings for the office
- Oversee the office stationeries, Scanning and Printing of documents in the office
- Monitors and coordinate the transport department.
- This includes team meetings and conveying information from senior management to the transport team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc in Accounting or equivalent.
