Main Responsibilities
Office Administration:
Liaising with DNV Real Estate and Procurement and IT Departments in Dubai with respect to:
- Maintenance of office asset registers.
- Organization of office maintenance.
- Organization of office IT equipment.
- Organization of PPE equipment.
- Office Receptionist duties
- HSE and Wellness Focal Point
Finance Administration:
- Local client Contract Management
- Local client follow up with respect to Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Registration of new clients in DNV database (Salesforce)
- Management of local procurement information for local suppliers
- Liaise with Invoicing Functions in (Dubai/South Africa)
Position Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree preferably in Business Administration / Finance (or other relevant discipline)
- 1-5 years post-graduation experience preferably in a multinational organization
- Ability to work in flexible matrix structures, result-oriented, and self-organized
- Internal and External Customer-oriented approach
- Demonstrate initiative and eagerness to work and learn
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Early adopter of new ways of working and digitalization
- Inspired by working autonomously and taking ownership
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
