Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support in their office environment.
- The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with HR and Admin Managers to ensure optimal work operations
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as ensuring the office premises are organized, swept, tidy, and presentable.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items as needed.
- Assist in organizing and archiving office documents and records.
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Post contents regularly on Social Media handles and other posting channels
Requirements and Skills
- OND / NCE / Diploma Only. No B.Sc
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Fair understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proximity to location is an added advantage.
