Job Description
We are in need of an office assistant whose duties include but not limited to:
- Ensure before official opening hour, clean, dust and mop office floors, the interior and exterior and ensure that cleaning liquids are mixed in correct and safe quantities
- Before official opening hours, wipe down the desks and chairs and ensure stains are removed using appropriate cleaning materials
- Empty trash cans and make sure that all trash cans are properly disposed
- Wash and clean windows, toilets and floors
- Replenish hand wash liquid and tissue on a regular basis
- Ensure prompt information on any unusual sounds non the office generators
- Ensure the office is properly locked at the end of the day
- Daily watering of plants
- Assist with event planning and implementation.
Requirement
- Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification.
