Title: Office Assistant
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
- Assist in daily office tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure conference rooms are prepared.
- Maintain a neat and organized office environment.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk.
Requirements
- ND/HND/PG
- Fluency in MS Office suites
- Experience in the Telecom Domain will be preferred
- 2+ years relevant experience.
