Title: Office Assistant
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday – Saturday (8am – 6pm) with one hour break
Job Summary
- We are looking for pro-active young individual who will be responsible for the office and guidance of daily schedule
- The person will be expected to handle some administrative activities including receiving and assisting the customers to solve complaints and organizing documents and preparing daily activities requirements for the day activities.
Job Skills and Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in any field
- At least 2 years work experience.
- Must have completed her NYSC
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient use of MS Office especially Excel.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with different groups of people
- Efficient time management skills.
- The candidates must be female.
Salary
- N45,000 – N60,000 Monthly.
