Job Summary
- Our client is looking to hire an Office Assistant / Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring that the standards of cleanliness are met and customers’ requests are best handled.
Responsibilities
- Assign housekeeping tasks
- Create staffing schedules
- Provide orientation and training
- Offer high-quality customer service
- Manage the inventory and order supplies
- Issue supplies and equipment to staff
- Hire new staff and recommend transfers, promotions and dismissals
- Perform cleaning duties when there is a staff shortage
- Track work assignments, personal requests and time cards and preparing detailed reports for analysis
- Establish standards and procedures for work
- Attend staff meetings to discuss policies
- Examine and determine the need for repair and replacement
- Recommend service improvements to the management
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies
- Give clear instructions
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Diploma
- Proven office assistant/housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- The ability to multitask.
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Salary
N120,000 monthly.
