Title: Office Manager

Location: Lagos

  • An Architectural company at Victoria Island urgently needs an office manager for immediate employment. Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules. Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity. Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.

Duties

  • Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering and IT.
  • Supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.
  • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
  • Managing maintenance and staffing budgets.
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
  • Overseeing building projects and renovations.

REQUIREMENT:

Qualification:

  • HND/BSc

Salary:

  • N120-150k (depending on experience)
