Job Description
- We are recruiting an Office Manager to manage and supervise the smooth running of the office through administrative, organisational, managerial and financial responsibilities.
- The ideal candidate will provide support for the operations of the office by putting policies, systems and procedures in place.
- Tasks include maintaining internal and external office resources, documentation, cultivating relationships and communicating with vendors/officials, keeping office calendars, following up on partner commitments, arranging and facilitating meetings, taking meeting minutes, facilitating procurement, managing the office premises by organising maintenance and repairs, supporting trainings/workshops/meetings and coordinating all logistics.
Requirements
- S/he should have 3 – 4 year’s office management experience with a Bachelor’s Degree and/or Post graduate qualifications and is open to a professional working experience in the development sector.
- The ideal candidate must be resourceful, flexible and have excellent multi-tasking, interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary
