Job Summary:

  • The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our workplace.
  • Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing day-to-day operations, managing administrative tasks, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • The ideal candidate will bring a combination of organizational skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to handle various aspects of office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and organize day-to-day administrative tasks for seamless office operations.
  • Act as the primary contact for office-related inquiries.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities for optimal functionality.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
  • Provide administrative assistance to team members when necessary.
  • Aid in arranging team events, meetings, and both international and local travel.
  • Maintain physical and electronic documents, files, and records systematically.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of office policies and procedures.
  • Plan and coordinate internal events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in office management or senior administrative positions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proven expertise in managing travel arrangements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software.
  • Detail-oriented with a dedication to upholding a neat and organized workspace.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
