Job Summary:
- The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our workplace.
- Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing day-to-day operations, managing administrative tasks, and fostering a positive work environment.
- The ideal candidate will bring a combination of organizational skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to handle various aspects of office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and organize day-to-day administrative tasks for seamless office operations.
- Act as the primary contact for office-related inquiries.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities for optimal functionality.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
- Provide administrative assistance to team members when necessary.
- Aid in arranging team events, meetings, and both international and local travel.
- Maintain physical and electronic documents, files, and records systematically.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of office policies and procedures.
- Plan and coordinate internal events, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in office management or senior administrative positions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proven expertise in managing travel arrangements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software.
- Detail-oriented with a dedication to upholding a neat and organized workspace.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
