ob Summary
- We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Secretary to join our dynamic team. As an Office Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing administrative support to various departments within our organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general secretarial duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, memos, and reports.
- Maintain and update office records, including employee records, inventory, and office supplies.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and workshops.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Manage office expenses and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
