Job Description
- We are in need of an Office Secretary who is a passionate and fashion-forward and can play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, represent our brand with enthusiasm and style that will create a memorable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.
- You will be responsible for attending to client orders, processing, recording and reporting on daily sales.
- You will be trained to have a good understanding of all products in order to explain to clients and advise accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store, providing friendly and personalized assistance to help them find products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Build relationships with customers by engaging in genuine conversations, actively listening to their fashion preferences, and offering styling advice and recommendations.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our product offerings.
- Assist customers with fitting rooms, offering feedback on fit, styling, and coordinating outfits to enhance their shopping experience and increase sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, debit card, and other payment methods, and maintaining a tidy and organized cash wrap area.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by replenishing stock, arranging displays, and ensuring that products are neatly folded, hung, and presented according to brand guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and communicate product replenishment needs to management to ensure adequate supply and availability of merchandise.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, security checks.
- Collaborate with team members and management to the overall success of the store.
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and courteously, and escalating issues to superiors as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Take Photos of products in the store for social media styling and content creation.
- Perform all other duties as assigned daily.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Working Experience in any administrative related role.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.
- Enthusiasm for the fashion industry and a willingness to learn.
- Basic Knowledge in the use of Social Media.
- Excellent communications skills
