Job Description
- Assist customers online with product inquiries and purchases.
- Process online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer emails and messages promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and helpful online presence for our brand.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales potential.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions.
