Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations/Admin Manager to join our team. The Operations/Admin Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations, including but not limited to Customer Service, Sales, supply chain management, logistics, facility management, process optimization, and team leadership.
  • This role involves managing administrative staff, implementing efficient processes, and ensuring a well-organized and productive office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure they run smoothly.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, maintain and update administrative procedures, policies, and manuals.
  • Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve cross-functional objectives.
  • Assist in budget development and manage administrative expenses within budgetary constraints. Monitor and manage the supply chain, from procurement to distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
  • Analyze data and metrics to make informed operational decisions.
  • Set and track performance goals and KPIs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment,Liaise with various departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination.
  • Deliver reports to management and perform any other operational/administrative function required by the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations/Admin Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain, facility and logistics management.
  • Proficiency in office software, office equipment, data analysis and reporting.Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific laws, regulations and standards.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused.
