Job Description

• We are a dynamic and growing recruitment agency seeking a motivated Operations and Marketing Intern to join our team.
• As an Operations and Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our team in creating and implementing the right practices and processes across the organization.
• This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in structuring internal operations, digital marketing and learning to scale a business.

Responsibilities
Includes, but are not limited to:

• Creating email marketing and social media campaigns for the business.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations
• Help in executing projects.
• Assist with market research and analysis to support business development efforts.

Requirements

• Currently an undergraduate, recent graduate or NYSC intern
• 1+ years relevant work experience.
• Experience with the end-to-end process of creating an email marketing campaign
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
