Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, file forms and other documents.
- Take inventory and other office supplies as needed.
- Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding process.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain great relationships with Vendors.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an operation assistant or a similar role.
- Problem-solving skills and result oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding Organizational skills.
- Will-power to learn and listen to instruction.
- Close Proximity to work location.
