Job Title: Operations Officer
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Operations Officer to manage and oversee day to day operations to drive business growth and oversee operational efficiency.
- The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, optimize operational processes, and support overall smooth functioning of the organization
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements set by financial authorities such as the central bank.
- Prepare and submit necessary regulatory reports and fillings
- Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant regulations and ensure internal policies are compliant.
- Implement and oversee KYC procedures
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and forecasts
- Oversee the processing of currency exchange transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate operational processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- Prepare and present operational reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
Qualifications
- BSc or HND in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years proven experience in operations management, preferably in a financial services environment
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and operational policies
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
