Role Description

  • This is a contract role for an Operations Officer at Radix Pension Managers Limited.
  • As an Operations Officer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day schedule collection activities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • This role requires the ability to work onsite in Lagos and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Daily review of account activities and daily dissemination to the Business Development team.
  • Daily request of schedule of contribution from employers, collation of all pension schedule in an acceptable format.
  • Correction of invalid PINs and submission to the custodian for transmission.
  • Daily review of Autolas and request for pension scheduled from the respective employers.
  • Preparation of monthly state report.
  • Preparation of the evidence of pension remittances to employers

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in any related fields.
  • 0-1 year of experience.
  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Analytical Skills and Operations Management skills
  • Experience in the finance industry
  • Knowledge of pension fund administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Relevant certifications in finance or operations management.
