Job Description
- Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing files, and handling emails.
- Responding to customer inquiries, providing support, and managing live chat or email communications.
- Scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and setting reminders.
- Organizing and updating databases, managing CRM systems, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Conducting market, product, or competitor research and presenting findings.
- Planning, scheduling, and posting on social media, engaging with followers, and analyzing metrics.
- Writing, editing, or proofreading blog posts, newsletters, or other marketing content.
- Assisting with project tracking, setting deadlines, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
