Requirements

  • A good BSc/HND degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in bakery/pastry production
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety best practices.
  • Knowledge of processes in the Food/QSR industry
  • Knowledge of methods and procedures involved in pie production.
  • Ability to manage assets and liability in the plant.
  • Knowledge of inventory management.
