Requirements
- A good BSc/HND degree.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in bakery/pastry production
- Experience in managing a team.
- Knowledge of Food Safety best practices.
- Knowledge of processes in the Food/QSR industry
- Knowledge of methods and procedures involved in pie production.
- Ability to manage assets and liability in the plant.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
