The Role

•  We are currently looking for a seasoned People Operations Specialist to join our business as an integral part of the People Operations Team under Anglophone West Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Support each stage of the employee lifecycle, from attraction through offboarding.
• Implement and support onboarding initiatives and procedures for new hires.
• Provide general support to staff regarding policies and benefits.
• Ensure staff information are accurate and updated on the HRIS.
• Provide various administrative support to the people operations team.
• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters the Employee Experience Director
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Process daily employees’ complaints and ensure resolution.
• Processing of compliance remittances (NSITF, ITF) as well as employee benefits
• Perform other duties and work on other special projects and initiatives as necessary at the direction of the ExD.
• Promote and model MFS Africa’s core values of Care, Simplify and Be revolutionary.
• Generally, upholds the values of the company

Educational Qualification and Key Skills

• Minimum of a B.Sc / HND from a reputable institution
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Human resources with strong skill set in handling Personnel Operations.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management.
