Job Description
Project Management:
- Plan and Develop the Project Idea. Every project starts as an idea.
- Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines.
- Ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction.
- Evaluate Project Performance
Recruiting and Onboarding:
- Onboarding of new clients
- Advertising of job vacancies on Zoho Platform
- Screening of candidates
- Interviewing candidates
- Developing recruitment strategies for easy implementation
Relationship Management:
- Managing of relationships with clients
- Ensuring Clients satisfaction
- Understand Client’s needs, preferences and expectations to provide personalized service and support
- Identify opportunities to cross sell or upsell products to new and existing Clients
- Respond to inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
The Ideal Candidates must have:
- 1 – 3 Years Working Experience in Personal Assistant,
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or any related field
- Customer Service Experience
- Human Resource Experience
- Proficient in Project Management
- Must have Branding Skills
- A male within the age bracket of 22-32 years of age with driving experience and a valid drivers license is preferable
