Job Overview
- As a personal Assistant, you will be a key partner to our executive team, providing high-level administrative support to ensure smooth operations and optimal efficiency. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives, ensuring effective time utilization.
- Communication: Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange, prepare materials for, and attend meetings; record minutes, follow up on action items, and facilitate effective communication within the team.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.
- Project Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects, events, and initiatives led by the executive team.
- Information Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information, exercising a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate and address administrative issues proactively, demonstrating the ability to solve problems and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange complex domestic and international travel plans, including itineraries, visas, and accommodation, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- OND / HND / B.Sc
- 2 to 3 years work experience as an personal assistant.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
Salary
- N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
