Job Description
- In this role, you will be reporting directly to the CEO, providing high-level administrative support to the CEO. The PA will assist the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad range of duties.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for the CEO: deal with correspondence and phone calls.
- Manage CEO diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Assisting with coordinating vendors as directed by the CEO
- Assisting with taking orders and bookings.
- Assist with email/document creation e.g. typing, binding, photocopying etc.
Job Requirements
- Must have an SSCE or Ordinary National Diploma in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- High level of organizational and planning ability
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Adaptability and flexibility
- an efficient and organized approach with excellent
- Good attention to detail
- Good time managment skills
- Must reside close to Gbagada Phase 2 (Ketu, Gbagada, Ifako, Yaba, Bariga, Shomolu, Ogudu).
