Title: Personal Assistant

Job Description

  • In this role, you will be reporting directly to the CEO, providing high-level administrative support to the CEO. The PA will assist the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad range of duties.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for the CEO: deal with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Manage CEO diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • Assisting with coordinating vendors as directed by the CEO
  • Assisting with taking orders and bookings.
  • Assist with email/document creation e.g. typing, binding, photocopying etc.

Job Requirements

  • Must have an SSCE or Ordinary National Diploma in any discipline.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High level of organizational and planning ability
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • an efficient and organized approach with excellent
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good time managment skills
  • Must reside close to Gbagada Phase 2 (Ketu, Gbagada, Ifako, Yaba, Bariga, Shomolu, Ogudu).
