Title: Personal Assistant (PA)

Location: Lekki Phase1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Providing proactive secretarial and clerical support to senior management
  • Reporting to Senior Management and managing multiple tasks as assigned.
  • Transcribing dictations /presentations
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls & making travel arrangements.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and/or arranging refreshments
  • Managing mail and courier services.
  • Observing best practices and etiquette.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Ready to resume immediately.
  • MUST reside in Lekki/Ajah axis(Please Do Not apply from the Mainland)
  • Degree holder with a minimum of 2 years core experience as EA or Secretary to an Executive/ Manager.
  • Professionalism (Appearance & Attitude)
  • High level of Confidentiality &self-control
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with Media skills is a plus
  • Exemplary adaptation, planning, and time-management skills
  • Proficient in MS-Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Only residents of Lekki /Ajah axis will be considered
