Title: Personal Assistant (PA)
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Providing proactive secretarial and clerical support to senior management
- Reporting to Senior Management and managing multiple tasks as assigned.
- Transcribing dictations /presentations
- Liaising with internal departments to assist with projects and tasks,
- Answering calls & travel arrangements
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and/or arranging refreshments
- Managing mail and courier services.
- Observing best practices and etiquette.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be availableto resume immediately.
- MUST reside in Lekki/Ajah axis(Please Do Not apply from Mainland)
- Degree holder with minimum of 2-years core experience as EA or Secretary to an Executive/ Manager.
- Professionalism in Appearance & Attitude
- High level of Confidentiality &self-control
- Excellent communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with Social Media skills is a plus
- Exemplary adaptation, planning, and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS-Office Suite
- Ability to multitask with attention to details and problem-solving skills
